Furniture Care

Use the following steps to ensure that you get the most in performance and longevity

  • Use the hose on your vacuum to clean regularly
  • Reverse, fluff the back and seat cushions often. Will retain the cushions softness and resiliency
  • Polish any finished wood with just a soft damp cloth

Fabric Care

  • Know Cleaning Codes before attempting to clean anything
    • Potential Fabric Cleaning Codes

      "S" - Only mild, pure, water-free dry cleaning solvents may be used.
      "WS" - Water based cleaning agents or foam, Als water-free solvents.
      "W" - Water based cleaning agents or foam.
      "X" - Vacuum or brush only, No water or liquid cleaning agents of any kind.

  • Its always a good idea to test fabric cleaners on a toss pillow or on an unseen area of the furniture first before attempting to clean an obvious area
  • All fabrics will fade so to ensure longlasting fabric color keep your upholstery out of direct sunlight
  • Recommend professional cleaners over store bought cleaners for best cleaning results



The frame is warranted to be free of any defects in material and workmanship for the life of the product.


The springs, sofa bed mechanisms and mattress are warranted to be free of any defects in material and workmanship for five years from date of purchase.


The polyurethane cushion cores and original fabrics (including mattress ticking) are warranted to be free from any defects in material and workmanship for one year from date of purchase.

*This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

This warranty applies only to product delivered by our authorized dealer and only to the residence of the original delivery. This warranty is limited to product under normal household use and does not apply to any condition or defects resulting from negligence, misuse, alterations, fire, accidents, improper cleaning, pet damage, contact with sharp or rough objects, commercial use, shipping damage, or the application of any chemical treatments. This warranty does not cover ordinary wear & tear and is also not applicable to product that has been sold “as is” or in a distressed condition, or product that was a floor or display model. Since normal wear is not considered a manufacturing defect and all foams and filling materials soften with use, this is not covered under this warranty. This warranty does not cover wear, tears, flattening nap, pilling, fading or shrinking of fabric and is not valid when heavy soiling or abuse is evident. Incidental or consequential damages such as packing costs and transportation to and from our factory for warranty service are not covered by this warranty.

MAX HOME, LLC’s obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing or repairing, at its option, any part or parts found to be defective in materials or workmanship. If within the warranty period identical materials are unavailable, MAX HOME LLC reserves the right to substitute materials of equal quality. Replacement fabrics may vary in color from the original, due to dye lot differences.

This warranty does not cover any loss which may result from a breach of this warranty and in no event shall the responsibility of MAX Home, LLC exceed the purchase price of the product pro-rated to the length of applicable warranty. MAX HOME LLC will not honor any other warranty either expressed or implied. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which may vary from state to state.


*All cushions are cased and channeled in Featherbloc® ticking for a Deluxe look, feel and sound. All feathers and down are 100% waterfowl, sanitized, and are blended with conjugated, highly finished polyester fiber for maximum comfort and performance. All seat cushions have an inner core of high resilient polyurethane foam for maximum support and durability. For better performance and appearance, turn, rotate and fluff all cushions weekly. Some feather and migration is normal with daily use. Vacuum as needed.
